My sketch is based on a news report about the large number of UK Jews immigrating to Israel because of the rise in anti-Semitism. Aliyah is "traditionally described as "the act of going up" (towards the Jewish holy city of Jerusalem), moving to the Land of Israel or "making aliyah". This of course is also happening in other countries in Europe, Canada; more. This results in a large loss of jobs, skills, technological knowledge, Jewish charitable donations, plus, from these countries that failed to act.
