These images are based on my new painting. The dominant value is middle tones. The dominant colour temperature is cool. My focal point is the windmill; particularly the top of the windmill. It is approximately one third from the top of the canvas and one third from the left side of the canvas. It has dark and light values. The fence and path move toward the windmill. I found the research I did on types of windmills interesting.

The grayscale image shows that this painting is primarily in middle tone values. The painting has predominantly cool colour temperatures. The mill, primarily the top, is the focal point. It is approximately one third from the left side of the canvas and one third from the top of the canvas. It has the lightest light beside a dark shape. The majority of activity is in the left horizontal square of the painting, rabatment. I enjoyed painting the texture of the waterfall.
