Almost 50 years ago my sister Tammy died of cancer. She was 34. The last few days she was unconscious. I sat by her hospital bed; my hand rested on her arm. The pain in my heart was intense and remains with me today. I wanted to finally paint this symbolic image. All royalties of any sales will go to the Canadian Cancer Foundation.
